How long is the voucher valid?

• Your voucher has an expiry date of 18 months. However if there are genuine problems then just email us and we will alway try to accommodate an extension.

Location for Photoshoot?

• Studio27, Commercial Street, Griffithstown, (Near Cwmbran) NP4 5JE. We are situated in the heart of a lovely village about 10 mins off Junction 26 M4.

Is there Parking?

• Yes. We have FREE parking directly outside of the studio, so you can drop the car and walk straight into your session.

How do I book my sessions?

• Your voucher will have a QR code or Web Address. Your simply follow the link and book online in just a few clicks.

Is there disability access?

• Due to the age of the building there is one small step into the studio, whereas the viewing room is fully accessible. However both the studio and viewing rooms have disable toilet facilities.

Do I have to buy anything after the photoshoot?

• No — there’s no obligation to purchase. Your viewing session is entirely for you to choose what (if anything) you’d like to order.

Can I mix & match — e.g. have prints and digitals?

• Yes — many clients choose a combination. For example, you might purchase a wall-art piece for a focal display and also get digitals to share or print smaller keepsakes.
