Emma's Diary
- The Emma's Diary Voucher (Voucher) will expire 21 days after the date the Voucher was issues.
- The Voucher may only be used between Monday to Friday.
- The Voucher is for babies aged between 5 weeks to 12 months.
- The Voucher is not transferable.
- Only one Voucher can be used per family in any 12 month period. A Voucher cannot be used for the same child more than once.
- The Voucher cannot be used for children over the age of 12 months.
- The vouchers "Gift Print" cannot be exchanged or used as credit against other products or services of the studio.
- The Gift Print is to be solely of the child to which the Voucher relates and not of siblings or other family members.
- A "Voucher-Deposit" (Deposit) of £20 is required at the time of booking the Photoshoot.
- The Deposit is refundable at the "In-Studio Client Viewing Session" only.
- The Deposit may be used as settlement towards the cost of any order place with the studio.
- There is no charge for Re-Scheduling a photoshoot or an "In-Studio Client Viewing Session" and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
- Failing to attend an arranged Photoshoot or "In-Studio Client Viewing Session" will incur a £20 charge and the Deposit will be used to settle that charge and any gift print or voucher gift will be forfeit.
Gift Vouchers
- The "Gift Voucher" includes High Street Stores and Online Gift Vouchers administered through Activity SuperStore.
- The Gift Voucher may be used between Monday to Saturday.
- The Voucher is not transferable.
- Only one Gift Voucher can be used per family in any 12 month period.
- The vouchers "Gift Print" cannot be exchanged or used as credit against other products or services of the studio.
- A "Gift-Voucher-Deposit" (Deposit) of £25 is required at the time of booking the Photoshoot.
- The Deposit is refundable at the "In-Studio Client Viewing Session" only.
- The Deposit may be used as settlement towards the cost of any order place with the studio.
- There is no charge for Re-Scheduling a photoshoot or an "In-Studio Client Viewing Session" and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
