Welcome to Studio27 Photography. We are a Boutique Fine Art Portrait Studio providing our clients with highly creative and beautiful photography for themselves and their families.

So we thought you may like to see just what its like inside Studio27.

This is our reception and viewing area. As we are not a volume portrait photography studio everything is by appointment only. This means you and your family will have the whole studio to yourselves throughout your time with us. Whether that's for your Baby Photography or your theatre viewing of your Portraits.

We have a beautiful gallery of framed photographs and canvas prints which you can view before your decide what Fine Art you would like to grace the walls of your homes. We can also show you your photographs on the walls of your home using our Home-Art-Creator.

We want your experience at Studio27 to be relaxed and throughly enjoyable. Every portrait photography session starts with a Commissioning Moment. We want to know exactly what you have in mind. What is the photographic outcome you desire. In the case of Newborn Photography we wave a huge range of props and backdrops. So we use this Commission time to co-ordinate the colours of the props and backdrops to work within your homes colour palette.

We also have albums you can look through to direct us on the style of photography and the kind of finish you are wanting for your photography. This Commissioning is so crucial. It helps us to understand your desires. So for example, what kind of Maternity Photography do you want? silhouettes, half-lit portraits, couple-photography, skin-to-skin and so much more.

Then its into the studio and photographic area. We have a dedicated make-up and changing facilities in the studio. Again this has been designed so you can relax and get the maximum from your portrait photography session. 

We pride ourselves on not rushing your session. If we want you to be  relaxed, to make your experience joyful, that way we are going to get the most beautiful and timeless portrait photography. So you see its in our best interest, as much as your's to make your time with us at Studio27 totally rewarding.

Keith and Elise adore newborn photography. It is a one of the growing areas in photography where you can be incredible creative. As a father of three children myself I know how fast these tiny people grow and develop. Within a month of life they will be wide awake and visually exploring their surroundings. And so it crucial to have those gorgeous newborn photographs done within the first two weeks of life. Otherwise your baby won't sleep and you won't get those amazing moments where they look so blissful.

As qualified Master Photographers. We are your Exclusive "Cherubs" Photographers for Cwmbran, Pontypool & Abergavenny. We are the only Cherubs Newborn Qualified Baby Photographers in these areas. That means we hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We have to consistently meet professional standards of photography excellence. We are CRB & DBS vetted and approved as child safe. We have all the health & saftey systems in place to assure you of the safety of your newborn at all time.
